You have no place in which to pour your troubles except the ear of God. If you tell them to your friends, you but put your troubles out a moment, and they will return again. Roll your burden unto God, and you have rolled it into a great deep, out of which it will never by any possibility rise. Cast your troubles where you cast your sins; you have cast your sins into the depths of the sea, there cast your troubles also. Never keep a trouble half an hour on your own mind before you tell it to God. As soon as the trouble comes, quick, the first thing, tell it to your Father.

The tendency for us to worry and think about our troubles are always so difficult to change! If we don't, the anxiety level will always be very high and that will really lead us to very stressful living. When the Lord asks us to renew our thinking to His Words so that we know His good, pleasing and perfect will (Romans 12:2), He is teaching us to change our belief system. It is so important to know that our belief systems control and affect our emotions. So to have healthy emotions, we need to cast our anxieties and troubles immediately to Him and pray. We need to tell our Father everything that is affecting us, big or small.
For me, even as I can be so carefree in many things, time and time again, troubles and worries slipped into my mind.... Tomorrow, yesterday, next month, next year, I need to .... I should have... I must remember... What ifs... So many thoughts for my life, children, businesses, work, clients, family etc can just pierce my mind and makes me really demoralized and demotivated. It is a constant reminder to talk to Jesus and received from Him the peace He promised. Claim His promise and Word below to experience a sense of God's wholeness and wonder... He never fails.
"Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns.
Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life."
