Thoughts on Power continue... Do you believe?

Pray for yourself and for Spiritual Strength as you embark into 2011 be it the ministries God has called you in or you are seeking a personal breakthrough in any aspects of your life.

As I was talking to a brother one Sunday, I saw a vision that was related to a word repeated to me 4 times at the November Women Retreat. The word is POWER. I saw a latent power of hot lava trapped under layers of crusts. I thought, “wow, what a waste the energy and power is trapped” But then the Lord showed me an opening emerge from within the lava and pushes itself through the crusts unto the surface with such powerful force that all the latent energy and power started to release UP and OUT!

I believe the Lord is going to empower us from power into our inner being and that Eph 3:14 to 21 will indeed be our anchoring life verses in 2011. This Power will be manifested in our personal life, our work, our studies, our ministries and our communities! God will do more than we can ask or IMAGINE!

Trust Jesus to resurrect us, if we believe, we will see the Glory of God! Do you believe?

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; 26 and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26

Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” John 11:40

Let's continue to mediate and reflect and pray for His strengthening out of His glorious riches. Choose to Believe.

Ephesians 3
14 For this reason I kneel before the Father, 15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. 16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

On Christmas Day.... 2010


I love Christmas. It reminds me that the year is coming to and end, I need to reflect. It reminds me that God is always with us. It reminds me that the gift of life is true on Christ's birthday.

This year has been one of the most eventful year, really eventful, especially in running Olive Tree, and also a year of personal breakthroughs in various aspects of life and ministries.

I emerge from a very challenging 2009 into 2010. I remembered praying for God's GRACE to see me through 2010. And true enough, it was GRACE that brought me through new developments of new team and structures in the business, moving from Capitol building into Reddot Traffic, the stability of the young adult cell group, children's education and CCA struggles, and also the organising of the Women Retreat... amidst many other responsibilities.

The only thing that I can express right now is simply this, it has been possible only because of God's promise of grace, mercy and favor! I am eternally grateful to Him, my family and also to many treasured friends for being part of this journey together. You know who you are ...

May you be filled with peace, love and joy this Christmas and into 2011.
